Team Meetings

Its Important to check in with Your Team on a regular basis.

First and foremost, Check in with each other and Discuss anything that needs to be discussed.  Make sure that Everyone is doing Well and there positive energy is on the up and up. If not, see what You can do to help. Most Importantly, Your Team as individuals always comes first before anything else. 

Secondly,

Make plans for - Meetings, Investigations, Review Time.  Check out any and All Events that are coming up and planning Your own. Organizing the Group/Team if necessary  and make any changes if  needed.

   Its Important to have a well rounded  and Successful Team that You can work well with and are willing to work together for a common goal.
